The cells were infected with increasing amounts of HIV-1_NL-GFP in the absence or presence of IFN-β, and the % of GFP-positive cells was determined 2 days later by FACS. The results are presented for Jurkat WT (grey symbol), Clone 6 (purple symbol), Clone 8 (green symbol) and Jurkat which were transduced retrovirally with R332G-R335G huTRIM5α (orange symbol).
