The crop production of quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.), the only plant meeting basic human nutritional requirements, is affected by drought stress. To better understand the drought resistance mechanism of quinoa, we studied the leaves of a high-generation, drought-resistant quinoa strain (Dian li-129) during the seedling stage after drought and rewatering treatments using transcriptomics and targeted metabolomics.

藜麦(Chenopodium quinoa Willd.)是唯一可满足人类基本营养需求的植物,其作物生产易受干旱胁迫影响。为深入解析藜麦的抗旱机制,本研究以高世代抗旱藜麦品系‘滇藜-129’为材料,针对其苗期阶段经干旱处理与复水后的叶片样本,采用转录组学(transcriptomics)与靶向代谢组学(targeted metabolomics)技术开展了分析。
