干预措施：预防组服用瑞戈非尼（Regofini）；对照组服用其他抗肿瘤药物。
主要结局指标：第8周达到完全缓解（Complete Remission, CR）的患者比例，以及任意时间达到部分缓解（Partial Remission, PR）、疾病稳定（Stable Disease, SD）的患者比例；同时涵盖部分缓解、完全缓解两项评价指标。
