RNA-seq of YB5 cells treated with HH1

RNA-seq was performed after YB5 cells were treated with DAC, HH1 or the combination of the two. RNA-seq was also perfomed after viral transduction using a TET-off dnCDK9 construct Biological triplicates were performed for a total of 48 samples. Fold change of each gene was calculated by comparing change in expression after inhibitor treatment to expression in the control samples

本研究对YB5细胞经DAC、HH1或二者联合处理后开展了RNA测序（RNA-seq）实验；此外，对通过携带TET-off显性负性CDK9构建体（TET-off dnCDK9 construct）的病毒进行转导处理的YB5细胞，同样实施了RNA测序。所有实验均设置3次生物学重复，总计包含48个样本。通过将抑制剂处理后的样本基因表达水平与对照组样本进行对比，计算得到每个基因的表达倍数变化。
