Isolated bacteria from Avon River sediment.

This bacteria was isolated and sequenced from sediment collected from the Avon River estuary in Christchurch, New Zealand. Assembly and annotation was performed by students of the BIOL459 course in order to teach them about the assembly and annotation of de novo genomes.
