The effect of corticosterone treatment on the transcriptome of mouse brain endothelial bEnd3 cells

Transcriptome profiling of brain endothelial bEnd.3 cells treated in vitro with 5 uM corticosterone or medium for 24 hours. Processed data, protocol and meta information are available in GEO database, accession number GSE159756. Raw data are available at SRA (BioProject PRJNA670426, SRA accession number SRP287985).
