Data repository for:JB Dewey (2025) Sound-evoked tonic motility of cochlear outer hair cells in mice with stereociliary defects, PNASThis repository provides MATLAB files and plotting scripts that provide access all data and recreate figures from the above manuscript. Individual data obtained for each mouse strain and experimental paradigm are included as separate .mat files in the ‘datasets’ folder. Figures can be recreated by executing the relevant .m file within the folder for a given figure (e.g., ‘fig_2’). Script names identify the figure number and panel(s) that are plotted (e.g., fig_2D_plot.m) and use the data stored in the .mat file within the folder (e.g., ‘fig_2.mat’).See Dewey_PNAS_Read_Me.pdf for a detailed guide to the contents of the repository.
