Camelus bactrianus breed:Ardebil_Bactrian Genome sequencing

The aims of this project were re-sequencing, variant calling and variant annotation for a domestic Bactrian camel from Ardebil province of IRAN.本项目的研究目标为对采自伊朗阿尔达比勒省的一头家养双峰驼开展重测序（re-sequencing）、变异检测（variant calling）与变异注释（variant annotation）工作。
