1000 Genomes Project Summary Statistics - 18th Jan 2013

There isn't a great deal of summary statistics data available on human-specific sequencing data. Here, I've tried to present something useful for me and hopefully others too.

The .dat files are summaries produced from the 1000G project's ftp site (see link).

Run the R script on the .dat files to produce the pdfs

Many thanks to Sebastien Kurscheid for using his eutils-fu to produce summaries from the SRA (see other link).

目前针对人类特异性测序数据的汇总统计数据较为匮乏。在此，笔者整理了一批既满足自身研究需求，亦可惠及其他研究者的数据集内容。

.dat文件为源自千人基因组计划（1000G）FTP站点生成的汇总数据，具体链接详见标注。
可通过在.dat文件上运行R脚本生成对应的PDF文件。

特别感谢Sebastien Kurscheid借助其熟练的EUtils工具操作能力，从序列读取存档库（SRA，Sequence Read Archive）中生成了相关汇总数据，其他链接详见标注。
