aPhenotypic observation for the GWAS was the average for days to anthesis or days to silk Significant markers associated after correcting for multiple testing (SNP), their MAF, FDR adjusted p value of association, p value of the association [-log10 (p)], allele estimated effect, percentage of variation explained by marker (R2), the assigned name of the QTV in this study, and the allele of positive effect (APE) which increased days to flowering. 本全基因组关联分析(Genome-Wide Association Study, GWAS)的表型观测值为扬花期天数与吐丝期天数的平均值。经多重检验校正后筛选得到的显著关联标记(单核苷酸多态性,Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP)的相关信息包括:次要等位基因频率(Minor Allele Frequency, MAF)、关联分析经错误发现率(False Discovery Rate, FDR)校正后的p值、关联分析原始p值的[-log₁₀(p)]转换值、等位基因估计效应值、标记解释的表型变异百分比(决定系数R²)、本研究中为该数量性状变异(Quantitative Trait Variation, QTV)所赋予的名称,以及可延长开花天数的有利效应等位基因(Allele of Positive Effect, APE)。本研究包含扬花期天数与吐丝期天数的全基因组关联分析结果。
