Mapping of Zbtb7a genome binding in 3T3 fibroblasts

ChIP-sequencing for Zbtb7a in 3T3 fibroblasts, to determine possible differences in genome binding in p65-knockout cells. Fibroblasts were derived from p65-knockout or normal control mice, and cells were treated with 5ng/ml mouse TNF-alpha to stimulate NFkB pathway activation.针对3T3成纤维细胞中Zbtb7a的染色质免疫共沉淀测序（ChIP-sequencing）实验，旨在探究p65敲除细胞内全基因组结合位点的潜在差异。实验所用成纤维细胞分别来源于p65敲除型与正常对照小鼠，随后以5ng/ml的小鼠肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）处理，以激活核因子κB（NFκB）信号通路。
