福建省森林和野生动物类型自然保护区管理条例

该文档为《福建省森林和野生动物类型自然保护区管理条例》，于1995年2月24日福建省第八届人民代表大会常务委员会第十五次会议通过并公布施行。为加强森林和野生动物类型自然保护区的建设和管理，保护生物生存环境，拯救珍贵、濒危生物物种，推动生物多样性保护事业的发展，根据《中华人民共和国森林法》和《中华人民共和国野生动物保护法》等法律、法规规定，结合本省实际，制定本条例。

This document is the Regulations on the Administration of Forest and Wildlife Nature Reserves in Fujian Province, which was adopted and promulgated for implementation at the 15th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 8th People's Congress of Fujian Province on February 24, 1995. These Regulations are formulated for the purposes of strengthening the construction and administration of forest and wildlife nature reserves, protecting the living environments of organisms, rescuing rare and endangered biological species, and promoting the development of biodiversity conservation undertakings, in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations such as the Forestry Law of the People's Republic of China and the Wildlife Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, and in light of the actual conditions of Fujian Province.
