Based on data-driven analytical models, human resources (HR) departments can proactively identify employees with potential turnover intentions. When the system alerts that an employee faces a high risk of leaving, the department can implement targeted communication and interview mechanisms to systematically collect employees' career development demands, and simultaneously build a multi-dimensional support system including intervention measures such as customized skill training programs, stepped promotion channel design, and optimization of flexible work arrangements. Empirical studies have shown that such preventive management strategies can effectively reduce the turnover rate of core talents within the organization, optimize the efficiency of human resource allocation, and significantly improve employees' organizational commitment and sense of professional belonging.
