LIGHTWEIGHT BUILDING PANEL

The invention relates to a method for producing a lightweight building panel， in which， in order to produce a pressing material mat that can be compressed to form a partial panel: organic particles to which glue has been applied are arranged on a first press mould; the pressing material mat is pressed in a press to form the partial panel having supporting structures on one panel side; and the supporting structures are connected to a material panel. In order to provide a method for producing lightweight building panels， by means of which method partial panels having a supporting structure can be produced simply and economically， according to the invention the first press mould has depressions for producing supporting structures on one surface of the partial panel and， during production of the pressing material mat， some of the particles are introduced into the depressions.

本发明涉及一种轻质建筑板材的制备方法。该方法的流程为：首先制备可经压合形成板材半成品的压料毡，具体为将涂覆有胶粘剂的有机颗粒铺设于第一压模具上；随后将该压料毡置入压机中进行压合，得到单侧带有支撑结构的板材半成品；最后将该支撑结构与基材面板相连接。为提供一种可简便且经济地制备带有支撑结构的板材半成品的轻质建筑板材制备方法，本发明中，第一压模具在板材半成品的单侧表面设有用于成型支撑结构的凹槽，且在压料毡的制备过程中，将部分颗粒填入该凹槽内。
