Soil fungi play a crucial role in soil microbes,with nitrogen being the primary constraint on plant development.Utilizing nitrogen fertilizer markedly alters the composition and variety of soil fungi communities. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the composition of soil fungi communities,fertility index,and the structure of soil fungal communities under varying nitrogen fertilizer conditions.
土壤真菌在土壤微生物群落中占据关键地位,氮素是制约植物生长发育的首要限制因子。氮肥施用可显著改变土壤真菌群落的组成与多样性。本研究旨在探究不同氮肥施用条件下,土壤真菌群落组成、土壤肥力指标与土壤真菌群落结构三者间的内在关联。
