Alphafold predicted proteins in Naiavirus particle proteome

The zip file contains the pdb files of top ranked alphafold predicted structures of the proteins found in the particle proteome of Naiavirus. The prediction was performed using Alphafold v2.2.该压缩包包含纳亚病毒（Naiavirus）颗粒蛋白质组中各蛋白经阿尔法折叠（AlphaFold）预测所得的排名靠前的结构的PDB文件。 本次预测采用阿尔法折叠v2.2版本完成。
