A dataset of Er:YAP crystal with different Er3+ concentrations

Er 3+ -doped YAP crystals with concentrations of 5 at%, 10 at%, 15 at% and 20 at% were grown successfully by Czochralski method. In this dataset, the spectroscopy and laser perfromance of Er:YAP crystal with different Er3+ concentrations are studied.采用提拉法（Czochralski method）成功生长了Er³+掺杂浓度分别为5原子百分比（at%）、10 at%、15 at%与20 at%的YAP晶体。本数据集针对不同Er³+掺杂浓度的Er:YAP晶体的光谱特性与激光性能展开了研究。
