mRNA transcriptome sequencing of siglecf low macrophages from tumor lungs of chimeric mice that were intranasally injected with Ad-Cre

The transcriptional profiling of siglecf low macrophages from tumor lungs of Tmem173fl/fl?KrasLSL-G12D/+Lkb1fl/fl (WTKL) and Tmem173fl/fl;Lyz2-Cre?KrasLSL-G12D/+Lkb1fl/fl (LYZKL) chimeric mice. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of single cell RNA-seq data in immune cells sorted from tumor-burdened lungs of WTKL and LYZKL mice {transferring the bone marrow cells from Tmem173fl/fl, Tmem173fl/fl;Lyz2-Cre mice into the lethally irradiated KrasLSL-G12D/+Lkb1fl/fl (KL) mice}.

本数据集包含WTKL（Tmem173fl/fl?KrasLSL-G12D/+Lkb1fl/fl）与LYZKL（Tmem173fl/fl;Lyz2-Cre?KrasLSL-G12D/+Lkb1fl/fl）两种嵌合小鼠荷瘤肺部中Siglec-F低表达巨噬细胞的转录谱数据。整体实验设计：将Tmem173fl/fl、Tmem173fl/fl;Lyz2-Cre小鼠的骨髓细胞移植至经致死剂量辐照的KrasLSL-G12D/+Lkb1fl/fl（简称KL）小鼠体内，构建WTKL与LYZKL两类嵌合小鼠；随后分选两类小鼠荷瘤肺部的免疫细胞，对其单细胞RNA测序数据开展比较基因表达谱分析。
