Effects of plasmids transfection on the RO82_W1 human thyroid cell line

The goal of this study was to identifiy cellular pathways modified by RO82_W1 cell transfection with PRC, ERRalpha or PRC+ERRalpha plamids relative to transfection with PGl3 plasmid In duplicate, cells transfected with PRC, ERRalpha or PRC+ERRalpha plamids during 48h compared to PGl3 treated cells本研究旨在鉴定相较于以pGL3质粒转染的对照组，采用PRC、ERRalpha或PRC+ERRalpha质粒转染RO82_W1细胞后发生改变的细胞通路；本实验设置重复组，将转染PRC、ERRalpha或PRC+ERRalpha质粒并培养48小时的细胞，与pGL3处理组细胞进行对比。
