Structural Variation with Nanopore Sequencing

Nanopore sequencing of amplicons from structural variants associated with p16 and SMAD4 deletions. Samples were generated from pancreatic cancer cell lines.针对与p16及SMAD4缺失相关的结构变异的扩增子进行纳米孔（Nanopore）测序。所用样本均来源于胰腺癌细胞系。
