This dataset analyzes the SKU online rates of various product categories under the Dawang brand on the JD Daojia platform in Qinghai Province, and the analysis results are applied to the performance evaluation system for commodity online management in the brand's instant retail industry.
(1) It is used for internal control management of different sales stores, channels or sales regions, taking whether the SKU online rate data reaches the specified value as an important quantitative basis for judging whether the internal management meets the standards;
(19002) It is used for refined management of commodity online status, timely optimizing commodity supply and sales strategies, increasing the number of online commodities and market performance, efficiently driving the growth of GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume, total commodity sales), and enhancing the competitiveness of the brand's instant retail business.
1. Data Source
The data is collected from the JD Daojia platform, focusing on the Dawang brand in Qinghai Province, covering details of SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) of all product categories under this brand, including core fields such as brand information, product name, UPC (Universal Product Code), sales channel, and province where it is located.
2. Data Processing
(1) Status Analysis and Online Judgment: Conduct detailed screening of commodity status, distinguish between purchasable SKUs and non-online commodities, and count the actual number of online SKUs.
(2) Target Online SKU Quantity Setting: Based on the brand strategy and the cooperation framework with the platform, scientifically determine the scope of stores that should go online for intra-provincial sales channels, and then determine the target number of online SKUs for each product category accordingly.
(3) SKU Online Rate Calculation: Using the obtained data, calculate the category-level SKU online rate as (actual number of online SKUs / target number of online SKUs), so as to quantitatively evaluate the online performance of commodities.
19003. Data Application
The SKU online rate data is applied to the brand's instant retail field. On one hand, it is used for target assessment of the brand's internal commodity online management; on the other hand, it optimizes commodity supply and sales strategies, increases the number of online commodities and market performance, efficiently drives the growth of GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume, total commodity sales), and enhances the competitiveness of the brand's instant retail business.
