Aim of DIANA-miRGen v3.0 is to provide for the first time accurate cell-line-specific miRNA gene transcription start sites (TSSs), coupled with genome-wide maps of transcription factor (TF) binding sites in order to unveil the mechanisms of miRNA transcription regulation.
DIANA-miRGen v3.0的核心目标是首次提供精准的细胞系特异性微RNA（microRNA，miRNA）基因转录起始位点（transcription start sites，TSSs），并配套全基因组范围的转录因子（transcription factor，TF）结合位点图谱，以揭示miRNA转录调控的分子机制。
