Zea mays Raw sequence reads. Zea mays

RNA samples with three biological replicates were collected from the tiller buds of the tin1/Tin1 NIL plants at 25 DAP and 30 DAP. The 12 DNA-free RNA samples were then sequenced with a HiSeq-2500 and 80 Gb of raw sequencing data were obtained.

于授粉后25天（25 DAP）与授粉后30天（30 DAP），从tin1/Tin1 近等基因系（NIL）植株的分蘖芽中采集了三份生物学重复的RNA样本。随后，对12份无DNA RNA样本采用HiSeq-2500平台完成测序，共获取80 Gb的原始测序数据。
