The drought-susceptible tomato genotype Jaune Flamme was inoculated with Trichoderma asperelloides NT33 and a comparison was made with non-inoculated tomato samples under water deficit stress conditions. The transcriptomic analysis was conducted to understand the key molecular mechanisms and candidate genes involved in water deficit response in tomato genotype Jaune Flamme when colonized by NT33.

本研究以干旱敏感型番茄基因型Jaune Flamme为试验材料，将其接种棘孢木霉（Trichoderma asperelloides）NT33，并在水分亏缺胁迫条件下与未接种的番茄样本设置对照。通过转录组学分析（transcriptomic analysis），旨在解析NT33定殖的Jaune Flamme番茄基因型应对水分亏缺胁迫的关键分子机制及相关候选基因。
