Comprehensive identification of genes expressed in the dorsal region of Xenopus gastrulae injected with GFP. We used RNA-seq method, in which next gene sequencing technology were used. We investigated the effect of overexpression of GFP on gene expression.本数据集针对注射了绿色荧光蛋白（Green Fluorescent Protein，GFP）的非洲爪蟾原肠胚（Xenopus gastrulae）背侧区域的表达基因开展全面鉴定。我们采用了RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术，该方法依托下一代测序技术进行。本研究探究了GFP过表达对基因表达的影响。
