Evaluation of the gut microbiota composition in WT and FOZ mice (MASH model)

16S rRNA gene sequencing of the cecal microbiota of WT and FOZ littermates. The foz/foz mice are a genetic model of MASH, metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis. The results are published and discussed in Gillard et al, J Hep Reports 2024.

本数据集包含野生型（Wild Type, WT）与FOZ同窝仔鼠的盲肠微生物群16S核糖体RNA基因测序（16S rRNA gene sequencing）数据。其中foz/foz小鼠是代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝炎（Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatohepatitis, MASH）的遗传模型。相关研究成果已由Gillard等人于2024年发表于《J Hep Reports》并进行了详细探讨。
