AMMONIUM OXIDIZING CAPACITY OF A BIOFLOC AND THE PREDICTIONS OF THEIRS METABOLIC FUNCTIONAL PROFILES

It is expected to evaluate the effect of the maturation process of biofloc in shrimp (L. vannamei) culture, as well as to determine the effect of a starter culture for the generation and maturation of a new biofloc, and to identify its bacterial communities and classify those involved in the processes related to nitrogen metabolism through the functional predictions.本数据集旨在评估凡纳滨对虾（L. vannamei）养殖体系中生物絮团（biofloc）的成熟过程效果，同时明确起始培养物对新型生物絮团生成与成熟的影响，并通过功能预测手段鉴定体系内的细菌群落组成，对参与氮代谢相关过程的细菌类群进行分类。
