XLS file - 14K, The bladder cell line panel (BLA-36) and its alignment to clinical phenotypes of human tumors using the SRCCM algorithm. For each cell line, its ATCC name is provided, if applicable. Tumor origin indicates the phenotype of the tumor used to derive the cell line, and is provided where known. Cell lines are aligned to the following phenotypes: tissue of origin (bladder, breast, cervix, colorectum, kidney, lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, ovary, prostate, thyroid); stage, muscle-invasive (T2-T4) vs non-muscle invasive (Ta-T1); grade, high (G3-G4) vs. low (G1-G2), DSS, long- vs. short-term survivors, as defined in Materials and Methods. Gene expression profiles for the BLA-36 cell lines are available from the Gene Expression Omnibus (7) Accession #GSE5845, Ref #8. Abbreviations: ATCC, American Type Culture Collection (9); SRCCM, Spearman's rank correlation classification method; DSS, disease specific survival.
