Autophagy role during auxin-induced rapid proteome remodelling

The aim of the project is to compare NAA-induced proteome remodelling between wild-type plants (Arabidopsis thaliana, Col-0) to autophagy deficient mutants (atg2-1) treated MS growt media suplemented with solvent (EtOH- Control) or NAA (a synthetic variant of the plant hormone auxin. The aim is to look at the rapid response when treated with auxin and as so the treatment is very short at 30 minutes. The time of the experiment was at zeitgeber 0.

本研究旨在比较野生型拟南芥（Arabidopsis thaliana，生态型Col-0）与自噬缺陷突变体（autophagy deficient mutants）atg2-1在萘乙酸（NAA）诱导下的蛋白质组重塑（proteome remodelling）差异。两类植株均培养于添加溶剂（乙醇（EtOH）-对照组）或萘乙酸（NAA，植物生长素（auxin）的合成类似物）的MS培养基中。本研究聚焦于生长素处理后的快速响应过程，因此处理时长仅为30分钟。实验开展于授时因子零点（zeitgeber 0）。
