Data for: Off-Hours Neurosurgical Workload at a Chilean Public Referral Center: Urgent Caseload, Scheduling Overflow, and a Reproducible Fourth-Quarter Peak

Objective: Off-hours operating—evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays—has been linked to adverse outcomes and workforce strain, yet procedure-level data from publicly funded Latin American neurosurgical services are lacking. We characterized the volume, composition, and seasonality of off-hours neurosurgical activity at a public tertiary referral center.研究背景：非工作时段（含傍晚、夜间、周末及节假日）开展手术已被证实与不良临床结局及医护人力负担相关，但目前拉丁美洲公立资助神经外科服务的手术层面数据仍属空白。本研究针对某公立三级转诊中心的非工作时段神经外科手术活动，对其体量、构成与季节节律特征开展了表征分析。
