Gene expression analysis of N1E-115 cells using RNA-seq

To evaluate the characterisation of N1E-115 neuroblast cells, we conducted the comprehensive gene expression in the N1E-115 cells using RNA-seq. RNA-seq profiling of N1E-115 cells of growth cultured condition.

为表征N1E-115神经母细胞瘤细胞（N1E-115 neuroblast cells），我们采用RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术对该细胞系开展了全面的基因表达分析。本研究同时针对生长培养条件下的N1E-115细胞完成了RNA-seq转录组图谱分析。
