This dataset contains homology models of the inward-open and outward-open conformation of the Na + /taurocholate cotransporting polypeptide (NTCP) as well as the lowest-energy Rosetta-based models for variants at rheostat position N271.本数据集涵盖钠/牛磺胆酸钠协同转运多肽（Na+/taurocholate cotransporting polypeptide, NTCP）内向开放与外向开放两种构象的同源建模模型，同时包含针对该蛋白变阻位点N271处突变体的、基于Rosetta的最低能量构象模型。
