Transcriptome analysis on different sub-populations of hemocytes of kuruma shrimp Marsupenaeus japonicus

Characteristics of kuruma shrimp hemocytes population have not yet been well characterized. In this study, we separated the hemocytes by discontinuous gradient centrifugation and the fractionated cells were characterized by staining and flow cytometry analysis. The cells separated were further characterized by comprehensive transcriptomic analysis using MiSeq.

日本囊对虾（kuruma shrimp）血细胞群的特征迄今尚未得到充分阐明。本研究采用不连续密度梯度离心法分离其血细胞，并通过染色与流式细胞术对分级所得细胞进行表征；随后利用MiSeq平台开展全面转录组分析，进一步解析所分离细胞的特征。
