Using scRNA-seq, we show in a murine medulloblastoma model that tumors initiated earlier in development differ from later initiated tumors in their cellular composition and response to radiation therapy. Overall design: Brains were cut in half sagittally and drop-fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for IHC, and half cerebellum or tumor collected for Drop-Seq.
