Unlocking Insights: A Curated Dataset and Text Mining Analysis of BIM in Major Construction Project Delivery

This datasets show the collected data from Scopus and Web of Science regarding the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in major construction projects delivery The data obtained using specific search string in order to collect only papers related study. This data will be analysed using Text Mining technique to retrieve useful information from textual data, this in turn will inform practitioners about the hidden information and reveal the current research trend so as tackle the challenges and increase future project performance. The analysis will be conducted in R using RStudio software.

本批数据集收录了来自斯考普斯（Scopus）与Web of Science数据库的相关数据，聚焦于建筑信息模型（Building Information Modelling，BIM）在大型建筑项目交付中的应用。本次数据通过特定检索式采集，仅收录与目标研究相关的学术论文。本批数据集将采用文本挖掘（Text Mining）技术对文本数据进行分析，以提取有效信息；该分析将帮助行业从业者挖掘隐藏信息、揭示当前研究趋势，从而应对现存挑战并提升未来建筑项目的绩效表现。本次分析将依托R语言及RStudio集成开发环境开展。
