We're developing a tool for the P-O fit measurement in the recruitment process. The instrument provides for the measurement on the company side and on the candidate side of 9 dimensions which describe the cultural, value and work environment aspects. The questionnaire is aimed at measuring the fit between the company and the candidate so that the level of matching between the two entities emerges. The 9 dimensions measured are Change, Autonomy, Collaboration, Competitiveness, Ethics, Development, Attention to results, Customer orientation, and Centralisation. The scales were developed starting from an updated review of the most recent research and reviews on the subject of P-O fit and corporate values, as regards the selection of measured values. The items of all sizes, completely original, have been created starting from a complete review of the literature.

本课题组正在开发一款用于招聘流程中个人-组织匹配度(Person-Organization Fit,简称P-O fit)测量的工具。该工具可分别从企业端与求职者端,对9项涵盖企业文化、价值理念与工作环境范畴的维度开展测量。本问卷旨在量化企业与求职者之间的匹配关系,以清晰呈现双方的契合水平。本次测量的9项维度具体为:变革导向、自主性、协作性、竞争性、道德规范、发展、结果导向、客户导向及集权化。 该量表的开发基于对P-O fit及企业价值领域最新研究与综述文献的系统性更新梳理,以此选定测量维度。所有量表的题项均为原创,其编制工作全面依托现有文献的系统性梳理完成。
