Colchicine is a commonly used drug for the treatment of gout and inflammation, but its nephrotoxicity and underlying mechanisms are not fully understood. This study aims to investigate the relationship between colchicine-induced nephrotoxicity and m6A methylation modifications. To investigate whether m6A modification is involved in nephrotoxicity following colchicine treatment, we performed MeRIP-seq and experimental verificationon both colchicine-treated and untreated control cells.
秋水仙碱(Colchicine)是临床常用的痛风及炎症治疗药物,但其肾毒性及其潜在作用机制尚未完全明确。本研究旨在探究秋水仙碱诱导的肾毒性与m6A甲基化修饰(m6A methylation)之间的关联。为明确m6A甲基化修饰是否参与秋水仙碱处理后的肾毒性过程,本研究对秋水仙碱处理组与未处理的对照组细胞开展了甲基化RNA免疫沉淀测序(MeRIP-seq)及实验验证。
