This dataset is designed for soil pH prediction. Its input consists of the absorbance values of soil samples at 401.366 nm, 403.609 nm, and 405.852 nm, while the output is the predicted soil pH. This model addresses the problem of modeling the relationship between soil pH and soil spectral absorbance. Soil spectral data is collected via a spectrometer, and traditional algorithms including multiple linear regression are applied to the collected soil spectral data for soil pH prediction. Specifically, this model takes the absorbance values at the three aforementioned wavelengths of soil spectra as input to generate the predicted soil pH value.
