Type I interferon response in human HTBE and A549 cells

RNA-seq was used to profile gene expression changes in human tracheobronchial epithelial (HTBE) and A549 cells following type I interferon treatment.

本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术，对经I型干扰素（type I interferon）处理后的人气管支气管上皮（human tracheobronchial epithelial, HTBE）细胞与A549细胞的基因表达变化开展了转录组分析。针对HTBE与A549细胞，本研究完成了I型干扰素处理组与空白模拟对照组的转录组学比较分析。
