We constructed male, female and sex-averaged high-density genetic maps using a 50K single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) array followed by a genome-wide association study (GWAS) to identify genomic regions associated to sex in white shrimp.
本研究利用50K单核苷酸多态性（SNP）芯片构建了雄性、雌性及性别平均的高密度遗传图谱，随后开展全基因组关联分析（GWAS），以鉴定白对虾中与性别相关的基因组区域。
