Study on the gut microbiome of colorectal cancer patients from Hubei Province

We collected fecal samples from 25 CRC patients in central China and 26 healthy controls. The V3-V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene was amplified by PCR and sequenced using the Illumina MiSeq platform.

本研究采集了华中地区25名结直肠癌（CRC, Colorectal Cancer）患者与26名健康对照者的粪便样本。通过聚合酶链式反应（PCR, Polymerase Chain Reaction）扩增16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）基因的V3-V4可变区，并采用Illumina MiSeq平台完成测序。
