The ceRNA Network in the Spleen of Chinese Soft-Shelled Turtle (Pelodiscus sinensis) responding to Aeromonas hydrophila Infection

Based on the transcriptome analysis, this study revealed the effects of Aeromonas hydrophila infection on the spleen health of the Chinese soft-shelled turtle (Pelodiscus sinensis), and constructed a global lncRNA/circRNA miRNAmRNA regulatory network induced by bacterial infection in this reptile species.

本研究基于转录组（transcriptome）分析，揭示了嗜水气单胞菌（Aeromonas hydrophila）感染对中华鳖（Pelodiscus sinensis）脾脏健康的影响，并构建了该爬行动物物种中由细菌感染诱导的全局长链非编码RNA（lncRNA）/环状RNA（circRNA）-微小RNA（miRNA）-信使RNA（mRNA）调控网络。
