RNA sequencing of LSKs in the bone marrow from irradiated WT and Tespa1-null mice

LSKs (lineage-, Sca-1+, c-kit+ cells) in the bone marrow from wild type (WT) and Tespa1-knockout (KO) mice at day 13 after 5.0 Gy irradiation were isolated to explore the differentially expressed genes by RNA-seq. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for LSKs in the bone marrow from irradiated WT and Tespa1-null mice.

本研究分离经5.0 Gy辐射后第13天的野生型（wild type，WT）与Tespa1基因敲除（Tespa1-knockout，KO）小鼠骨髓中的LSKs（谱系阴性、Sca-1阳性、c-kit阳性细胞，lineage-, Sca-1+, c-kit+ cells），通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）探究其差异表达基因；并对辐射后野生型与Tespa1基因缺失（Tespa1-null）小鼠骨髓LSKs的RNA测序数据开展比较基因表达谱分析。
