Tropical root fungal microbiome survey

This study measures the host phylogenetic and spatial structure of root-associated fungi in a Mexican lowland tropical rainforest. Root samples were collected at regular intervals along 50 m transects, and rbcL barcodes were used to identify host plant taxa. These data include the fungal ITS1 barcode sequences.

本研究针对墨西哥低地热带雨林内的根系关联真菌，测定其宿主植物的系统发育与空间结构。研究沿50米样带以固定间隔采集根系样本，并借助rbcL条形码（rbcL barcode）完成宿主植物类群的鉴定。本数据集包含真菌ITS1条形码序列。
