DNA from 33 Mai Po sediments have been extracted and amplified by 21f/958r & Arch347F/Arch806R primer pairs (for archaeal 16S rRNA gene). The archaeal communities of these 33 samples were obtained. All samples were sequenced in a pair-end layout (PE 250bp or 300bp by MiSeq). Before submission, we have merged them into one read using FLASH-1.2.8. After merging, one individual read is about ~420bp.
