A gene regulatory network of the endothelial-to-hematopoietic transition

These datasets are from the generation, and subsequent analysis, of a gene regulatory network (GRN) model of the endothelial-to-hematopoietic (EHT) process. This GRN model was created through integrating RNA-seq and ATAC-seq datasets, in combination with motif analysis, to describe EHT cell types. The data here are used to construct an interactive Shiny App to allow interactive exploration of the network and underlying data.

本数据集源自内皮向造血（endothelial-to-hematopoietic, EHT）过程的基因调控网络（gene regulatory network, GRN）模型的构建与后续分析。该GRN模型通过整合RNA测序（RNA-seq）与转座酶可及性测序（ATAC-seq）数据集，并结合基序分析（motif analysis）构建完成，用于刻画EHT过程中的各类细胞类型。本次提供的数据集被用于搭建交互式Shiny应用，以实现对该调控网络及底层相关数据的交互式探索。
