RNA-Seq for Candida albicans treated with or without miltefosine

Candida albicans strain SC5314 was treated with miltefosine for 2 hours. Then treated and untreated yeast cells were used for transcriptome profile analyses. The sequencing library was sequenced on the NovaSeq 6000 platform (Illumina). Yeasts samples from three independent biological replicates were performed.

将白色念珠菌（Candida albicans）菌株SC5314以米替福新（miltefosine）处理2小时。随后将经米替福新处理与未处理的酵母细胞用于转录组谱分析。测序文库（sequencing library）在NovaSeq 6000测序平台（Illumina）上完成测序。本次实验采用三份独立生物学重复的酵母样本。
