Shown are the number of proteins and the overall number of decoys in each dataset, the minimum and average TM-score (in TM-score units), the minimum and average GDT_TS (in GDT_TS units) for all targets in each dataset and their maximum and average Cα-RMSD (in Å) calculated likewise. Datasets and statistics are available as S1 Dataset and as a compressed file from our website at http://ufq.unq.edu.ar/sbg/files/Palopoli-Monzon_2016_SI.tar.gz.

本部分列出了各数据集的蛋白质数量与总诱饵（decoys）数，以及各数据集内所有靶标的相关统计信息：最小与平均TM-score（单位为TM-score）、最小与平均GDT_TS（单位为GDT_TS），还有经相同方法计算得到的最大与平均Cα-RMSD（单位为Å）。数据集与统计数据可作为S1数据集获取，亦可从本研究团队的官方网站http://ufq.unq.edu.ar/sbg/files/Palopoli-Monzon_2016_SI.tar.gz下载压缩包获得。
