Data Cleaning: Adopt the dual rules of "interval verification + logical screening". Based on the participant count interval (50-200 people) for various activity types and the unit price range (20-70 yuan) matching regional consumption levels, extreme abnormal data is eliminated, and missing key information is supplemented in compliance to ensure data validity;
Processing: Through the classification and encoding algorithms for activity types and regions, qualitative data is converted into standardized labels. Statistical aggregation algorithms are applied to calculate summary indicators of activity characteristics across multiple dimensions such as regions, activity types and years, thus forming a dual data system featuring both structured and aggregated data;
Data Security Processing: De-identification processing is performed on the collected offline activity data, where sensitive information that can be linked to specific participants and organizers is removed, and only activity characteristic data at the public dimension level is retained, which complies with relevant laws and regulations on personal information protection;
