Sequencing of porcine follicles

We identified the differentially expressed lncRNAs in medium-sized ovarian follicle between Meishan and Duroc sows, and identified some lncRNAs affected the litter size.本研究鉴定了梅山母猪与杜洛克母猪中等大小卵巢卵泡中的差异表达长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA，lncRNA），并筛选出若干可影响产仔数的lncRNA。
